As simple as a bubble ring...but oh, SO much more. A take on our original bubble ring, this band had a big job at hand as a proposal ring!
We worked closely alongside our customer, Andrew, to design the perfect proposal ring, adding in some meaningful engravings to the inside of the band. Andrew wanted a cluster of granules in the centre of the band to represent the shape of a stone. Once Andrew proposed, the couple came into the studio for a design meeting to finalise the ring design.
We had several meetings with Andrew and Zoe to choose the perfect stone and setting for her dream engagement ring, to transform the ring Andrew originally proposed with. (see photo below) We took the band, making sure to keep the special engravings, and cut out a section to add the new setting, which had been CAD and cast specifically to fit the ring and chosen stones. We then used this metal and the original granules to enhance the setting with our unique and signature granulation style.
